Refund Policy

Payments for Lyra Direct are processed by the payment provider or Merchant of Record shown at checkout or on your receipt. That provider handles payment processing, invoices, taxes, and refunds.

Refund requests

If you would like to request a refund, please use the order support or account management link in your receipt email.

You may also email hi@ethanbuilds.app with your purchase email and transaction details, and we can help locate your order or initiate a refund request.

Eligibility

Refunds are handled according to the payment provider's refund process and applicable consumer protection laws.

For one-time purchases, refund requests are reviewed case by case. The payment provider or Merchant of Record may approve refunds where required by law or at its discretion. If a refund is approved, your Lyra Pro license may be deactivated.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us or the payment provider first. This is usually faster than opening a payment dispute.
